How do I become a member?

In order to become a member, simply go to www.gclc.tv and click on the Membership tab. You will then have the opportunity to choose the kind of membership that best fits you and your ministry.

Who can apply for a scholarship?

Global Church Learning Center Scholarships are ONLY made available for leaders who primarily live in developing countries.

How do I apply for a scholarship?

 Go to the membership tab, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the button “Apply for a GCN Scholarship.” Fill in all requested information. Be sure to include your country in the location field and your current financial status.

When will I know if my scholarship was granted?

Each month scholarships will be approved or denied. You will be sent a letter to the email address provided on your application.

Where do I take the courses?

All courses are offered online; simply select the Classroom tab. On the courses page, select any course by clicking on the blue "watch" button.

Can I view the courses off line?

Classes are only available for online viewing.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major Credit Cards online

How can I pay if I do not have a credit card?

Send a U.S. check and indicate the membership level in memo. Be sure to check that the amount is the correct by clicking on the “Membership” tab and checking the amount due according to the level membership you wish to have. Make check payable to: Cutting Edge International.

Once you have sent your payment, email robin@billion.tv to confirm that it has been received. At that time a membership will be set up. You will be sent an email with a password and instructions on how to access your membership.

How do I access the material?

First, you must register. Depending on your membership level, you will then have access to course videos teachings, books, articles and audios - which are all available online. Courses are found by selecting “Courses” tab. All other learning material can be found in the Library, by selecting the “Library” tab.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, first log in and visit your Billing & Subscriptions Settings page. From there, change your Subscription to DELETE Subscription. This will halt billing and downgrade your account to a free account. If you have any problems with this at all, don’t hesitate to email robin@billion.tv for assistance.

Will the Global Learning Center be adding any new courses?

The Global Church Learning Center will be continually adding courses in the future. When viewing the “Courses” page you can see which course will be Coming Soon.

What should I do if I can’t remember my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please go to this page and enter your account's E-Mail address. If you have any problems doing this, send an email to help@billion.tv, and request to have your password reset.

What should I do if my login email address is not working?

(That email address does not exist in our system) First check for errors in spelling. If all appears to be correct then try re-entering it, using the exact casing used when applying for the original membership. The system is case sensitive, (for example use all lower case if that is how you originally entered your email address). If you still cannot successfully login, please email help@billion.tv

Do you offer Master or Doctorate degrees through the Global Church Learning Center?

At this time, we can only recommend universities and seminaries by which you may obtain a Master or Doctorate Degree.

What is your refund policy?

You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any time. Should you not be completely satisfied with our online products for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the original purchase of an online product to request a full refund. It is assumed that, after 30 days, you are satisfied with the materials and services provided by The Global Church Learning Center. If you do not cancel within 30 days prior to your membership renewal date, it will be assumed that you have enjoyed your membership. After the renewal date, you may choose to cancel your membership, but a refund will not be issued.

Any request for a refund must be made in writing to robin@billion.tv.
